Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Studio M RVA. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Please review the return policy below for a smooth and hassle-free return process:

Returns Within 30 Days:
You may return items purchased from Studio M RVA within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items
While I take great care in ensuring the quality and integrity of the products, I understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving it. 

Refund Process:
Upon receiving your returned item and verifying its eligibility, I will process your refund. You will receive a full refund for the item's purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
